Default Double Voice Problem

Hi i m new to the Forum.
I have bought this Braintels package n everything is working fine but the problem is that the other party is also hearing his/her own voice, i mean they say that their voice is coming back to them.
Is there any special setting for the solution of this Problem

Question Re: Double Voice Problem

Are you making calls using computer or using ATA (analog telephone device)?

Which settings are you using BrainTEL support advised or from these forums suggested by me?

Well i m using a Telephone Box device and an Analog Telephone is connected to that. Into that Telephone box which is a USB device a Telephone Line from the ATA is coming n is Connected to PC using USB. In the Computer i have downloaded n Installed the Xten Mate for EyeBeam , everything is fine juz a double voice problem is occuring, the other party's voice is bouncing back to them.
Any Suggestion plz?

My guess: Use headphones when using Xten so that the other person can't hear their own voice being echoed back to them through your PC microphone picking up their voice on your speakers.

Thanks for the reply.
Well as far as think if i have to use Microphone then there is no need to use Xten right? I m using Xten only as a Mate for USB Telbox to connect my Analog telephone.
Is there any settings in Eyebeam that i have to do to avoid the Echo to the other person?

In Eyebeam you should keep the microphone volume low to avoid echo problem, Ctylor suggestion is great for using heaphone to avoid echo also.
