Circuits Busy ... ?

Asalam-o-Alikum!

Wondering if anyone is having trouble with out bound calling. For the past three days or so, I cannot call outside and I get the message "All circuits are busy now, please try your call again later." I have also updated the dial plan but had no effect. I have already contacted BrainTel and lets see what they tell me.

Braintel's SIP Server has been moved again. I spoke to guy in Braintel and he said that it has been 3 days and it will take a further 3 days for things to get back to normal.

Braintel has posted the following comments on its website:

August 4, 2008 Brain TEL is currently undergoing a scheduled maintenance to upgrade the system in order to provide you better services.
We apologize for any inconvenience during this short outage and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

I'd stress on the word "scheduled" because if it was scheduled, braintel had more responsibility to inform its users but as always they fail to inform their users before hand and fail to maintain a good relationship. 3 years is more than enough to learn all this and become a reliable operator, which they haven't.

I heard that it would start working on saturday and now its monday today and still the same recorded voice "All lines are busy please try later"

So weird, braintel really sucks, its been more than 7 days and service is out of order. Now our incoming is also barred. I think we should all contribute together and setup our own SIP VoIP service provider company and then show Braintel how to achieve 100% up time and customer satisfaction. Setting up a cluster of asterisk servers in London Rackspace and getting a PRI interconnect from PTCL should not be a problem. The only hurdle is LL license from PTA which costs around U$D 5,000 only.

I am looking to get a DID from callwithus.com they are really cost effective.

God bless Braintel and show them the right path.

Its been over 2 weeks and still the same problem.
Now I can't even talk with BrianNet help desk to ask the status.
And today even their web site is not working.
Looks like they are going out of business.
