Can't dial 0313 XXXXXXXX numbers

A.o.A all,
I can't dial 0313 XXXXXXXX mobil numbers through braintel. If i dial using other provider it works. I have sent mail to support but no reply as usual. From last two days i am trying to reach 2100786 number but it is not reachable direct or throug braintel. Other people are such problem or not? It can't be specific number problem.

Now call to Zong mobiles(0313.) also works.Constantly needed to follow & open tickets....
