wow... good to see braintel users group.

mirza bhai, i called them on 2100000. they told me i first have to pay my outstanding bill then my outgoing will start. My bro is too busy to pay it out. Thinking of authorizing it on my cc.

i cant recieve calls on ATA grandstream 496. It goes directly to voicemail. can any one let me know. outgoing is working perfect. thanks

I HAVE THE SETTINGS FIREST CODEC g729 AND REGISTRATION EXPIRATION 60. STILL UNABLE TO RECIEVE. WHAT ELSE SETTINGS DO I NEED..

Your problem is not unique many people are having almost similar problems since last week and it seems like some update being done at BrainTEL SIP servers.
You are doing best possible settings for your ATA (registration time 60 and G729 codec). To further rectify your problem make sure you are using the IP address for BrainTEL SIP server and your router firmware is up to date, try factory resetting your ATA and then doing all the settings again, also try soft phone on your PC and check if you can receive calls.

i have the same problem,i was using grandstream ht-486 and it was working great but now i got the ht-488 but i can not recieve the incoming my all incoming calls goes to my voice mail box, is there anyone who can hel me out. Thanks
