BrainTel settings..?

Hi,

I am sorry, if this has been posted before. But I don't know which configurations to follow for a VoIP phone like the Siemens Gigaset SL75 WLAN with SIP capability. Again I apologize if it has been posted before, but I would really appreciate it, if someone could guide me in the right directions.

Download the user manual from this link:
Siemens Gigaset SL75 WLAN

Check page 87 and 95 for proper configurations, following page 95 first you should try with IP address for SIP proxy (83.138.152.36) also change the port to 8891 and if it won’t register change the option for SIP proxy to enter name and try (chat.brain.net.pk:8891) for user name and authentic user name user your BrainTEL phone number and for password your BrainTEL password.

Thanks for the reply. I have set the basic settings, but I also need to set some advanced settings. So I would like to ask, if BrainTel uses a Separate Registrar Server and does it matter which Transport Protocol (UDP/TCP/TLS) I use? Finally I would like to ask, how I need to configure the following options?

Message Waiting Server: IP/Name
Message Waiting Port:
STUN Server: IP/Name
STUN Port:
Local SIP Port:
RTP Base Port:
DTMF via SIP INFO: Checked/Unchecked
Session Timer (in sec.): (No timer: 0, Maximum: 3600)
Registration Timer (in sec.): (No timer: 0, Value range: 10-4320)

I would appreciate any help.

Message Waiting Server: IP/Name (no need to enter anything and if it’s necessary just enter chat.brain.net.pk)
Message Waiting Port: 8891
STUN Server: IP/Name (if using IP: 80.239.235.209 and if using name stun.voipbuster.com) or you can enter any STUN server you like.
STUN Port: 3478
Local SIP Port: 8891
RTP Base Port: (you can try any of these: 5004 or 5009 or 50901 or 16384 or 16482)
DTMF via SIP INFO: Checked/Unchecked (this can be unchecked)
Session Timer (in sec.): (No timer: 0, Maximum: 3600) (can’t say much on this but try 100 first and then increase the value if you have disconnect problem)
Registration Timer (in sec.): (No timer: 0, Value range: 10-4320) (this should be 120)
