Hi all, I tried calling from the x-pro software and my pap2 adapter but my calls don't get connected, rather it says "hung-up” immediately! Does anyone know what could the problem be or has braintel changed any settings?
Yesterday i have seen this hungup problem with my IBEAM softphone . Today when I open it to dial, it simply says 'Login Failed: Not Found'. I believe there is a problem at brain tel their website is also down.
The most grief about brain; it never communicate with its customers properly for any problem that could happen at their end. They should post some message on their website so that customer is aware of the outage.
I spoke with braintel customer service, they said PTA is installing monitoring system on ISPs because of which this problem will persists until wednesday 7/5/2008.
