Braintel Not Working

As-salam-o-alakum!
I am using Braintel service on Linksys PAP2T, everything was working till last week but immediately the service stopped working. I called Braintel helpline and they told me that there was no issue on their side, but the same Eyebeam which was working with the same setting last week isn't working even. I also tried with the new IP but still no success. Can anyone (specially Mirza-Gee) can help ?

EyeBeam Shows a successful login and my Braintel number on its screen but I can't make or recieve any call for last one week.
Braintel Helpline isn't responding today, 2100786 is offline and 111222888 isn't responding.

The first thing you should do is to power cycle your modem and router and then check; if your PAP2T is working fine after that good if not you should try entering you SIP server details and your username and passord and then check. If eyebeam is still not working uninstall it then restart your computer, download the latest version from this link using the key from this link and it should work fine.
