You have already known that BrainTel Services these days in Interruption.
And you people too much suffering as well me. So But as we see in last time
These people update the services we get the very Good Quality of voice. So
Now it’s our time to bear this kind of problem and we hope so it will be more
Better in future.the Good news is that Brain Tel will Work any time for OUTGOING CALLS but with in Two Days
It’s confirmed. We listen that they increase there infrastructure so it’s mean
Our Pakistani organization will grow in IT now and they will help us to
CONNECT WITH OUR DEAR ONES.

Feels like that some one running a company in his moms basement and calling it brain. These guys need to be bit more professional. No official communication, no note, no courtesy , nothing, at least i haven't seen any. Whenever you call, you get a lame excuse, " others not having this issue or we are working on this".

Please guys, you are making good money now, please.... start investing back; don't behave like "Chunk-Chee driver", pushing 10 people on 4 seats.

Today i call them And CSR said that in outgoing Braintel to brain tel outgoing working and as well who have the International dialing they also dialed......good news so i dailed and its working. its great

kindly Restart your whole network and then check it also confirm from the Btel that your number is working fine there is any payment problem. you can reset and then let us know. thank you

I have restarted my internet connection
I have no issue of payment

But still no hope

Same error
Call failed: 603 declined

well dear ,
first you check you can recevie incoming because about outgoing they have problem only braintel dail. so the most important thing is that you wantto connect your dear ones. for the time being you receive the call then its good. becuse they charge you about your incoimng retention charges so i think it will be work if there is no payment issue....

Well I am not intreasted to receive the calls, I am intreasted to make calls.

If you have any information about out going, please share.

Today I called them and CS person told ask me to keep checking their Web site and services could be online any time.

So lets see when out going calls will be working
