Is anyone having login issues, ping timeout?

My ISP is comcast in GA, USA.

I can do a nslookup for chat.brain.net.pk (117.20.22.10) but i get a timeout on running a ping.

Brain insists its the DNS of the ISP, i don't think so.

Is anyone else seeing this? X-Pro, Eyebeam, Grandstream router all cannot login to brain's server.

Welcome to the Club! (Sometime club of headaches)

Going online and offline is usual practice of BrainTEL SIP server and buy tonight or tomorrow you should be able to logon back fine.

I already (New IP address and location!)posted in forums they have changed the backend service provider for their SIP server and IP address has changed to 117.20.22.10 but the SIP server name is still same “chat.brain.net.pk”.

Update: As of 5:53PM EST BrainTEL SIP server is responding to ping and is alive, all clients logged in!

Looks like lately brain is up and down a lot.
