3102 no dial tone , no IVR

Hi guys,

I am unable to get IVR and dial tone from my 3102. Trying to setup it up here in lahore. Plz let me know if someone faced this issue , see this thread for more detail.

I have read all your details and it seems like your 3102 has died, you can see both accounts registered and still no dial tone; you are not able to do factory rest that is confirmation also for defective ATA.

I have many people using vbuzzer on PAP2 fine with just standard setting and no modification in regional settings.

m able to solve this issue , see this thread for detail. Box was alive , did lots of research, conclusion: changing some odd setting brings box to unstable state, which hides IVR and factory rest. Update load default settings solves the issue. Look for attached file in given thread.

Now i am setting up 3102 with PSTN (in lhr) , Please post your settings in detail, specially regional settings, would save me lots of hit n try.
