Welcome to the BrainTEL UNOFFICAL but highly recomended helpful forums!

Yes, you can use your one BrainTEL account on two PC's; the only issue will be that once you receive incoming call on first PC other won't be able to recieve calls but you will be able to make calls from both without any problem.

You should browse through the forum posts and you will find answer to most of you questions.

Why you want to use braintell for pc to pc call. The best program for pc2pc I came across is CQPhone - A Free Internet Telephone its free and very good for low bandwith.
If you mean calling brain to brain number then cost will be 25 paisa per minute no matter where is other party.
If you are using pc to call Pakistan then my suggestion will be look into LowrateVoip.com this is very cheap and good most of the brain users have switched to it.

You can't call from same BrainTEL number from one PC to to other
BrainTEL to BrainTEL call rates are 0.25 paisa per minute
There are many free and good software and service providers which allows you to open up two free accounts so you can call from one PC to other without any problem.
You should use eyebeam or x-pro and configure multiple accounts with it on both of your PC's, try using vbuzzer, FWD or any other free SIP service provider.
