Default web browser for AAH

I am a Linux newbie and has loaded AAH on my computer. installation worked OK, but then I don't know what web browsers came with AAH. I searched the forums but couldn't find any particular mention of a specific browser. How do you start the browser? Apologies if this looked trivial enough, but I need help.

Thanks in advance.

Default RE: web browser for AAH

AAH runs a web "server"; not typically a web "browser" (though there is a text based browser, lynx, available as part of the Linux install). You browse to the Asterisk server with another computer's web browser. Go to www.nerdvittles.com for complete tutorials on AAH.

Thank you for the reply. I actually read that link before and many forums related to AAH and all the while am getting the impression that all you need is a single PC . I will try to install lynx and hook up another PC.

why is X windows not installed with AAH?

A PBX should be a dedicated machine. If you start loading extra things like Xwindows, you might degrade performance.
