 WAV on MusicOnHold Hi there, I need some help cause I am encoutering a problem on my MusicOnHold. I tried to use a wav file for MusicOnHold but it wouldn't work. Does not asterisk support wav for MusicOnHold??? If it is then how can I set it up. When I try in on my own server it always says "UNEXPECTED FREQENCY' UNABLE TO OPEN THE FILE. Such like that. Can Somebody help?????? I will really appreciate it.     |

| RE: WAV on MusicOnHold I'm not sure if this is 100% correct, but I think if you are using WAV files the sampling rate needs to be 8000. I know that for IVR WAV files that is the spec. Otherwise, I think it should be a 128 kbps mp3 or gsm file. |
