voicemails all dialtone

I'm trying to figure out a way to not record voicmails on hang-ups.

If a caller disconnects during a voicemail greeting, I will get a short vm recording of all dialtone. This is typically from an spa3000 connected to pstn.

Any suggestions on eliminating the bogus vm messages (and emails) would be appreciated.

I had the same problem with my spa3000 you have to adjust the "dectect disconect" its under one of the menus i can remember which one
