Default Voicemail retireival problem

Help, I can no longer retrieve voice mail from my a@home server. I was trying to get emnail notification working as per nerd vittles but now when i enter *97 and enter my password i get login incorrrect.

I hace checked that the password is correct and can use the ari to retrieve voice mail.

Can anyone help?
