Voicemail when on the phone...

I been trying to figure this out but I'm not sure of how this works. I have a single Broadvoice connection into my * box. If I'm on the phone and someone calls in, I would like them to get my * voicemail system, not the broadvoice one. Does this require getting another line from Broadvoice or will that just work under the normal terms of service? Thanks for you help!
