IPComms is a DID provider (www.ipcomms.net) and i copied some of their asterisk examples of how to connect to their service in asterisk. Here is the link http://www.ipcomms.net/html/Resources.html they also provide 1 hour free asterisk support when you sign up for their service.

Not sure about the reseller software. I have not heard of any.

Hope it helps.

From my understanding, to do prepaid on asterisk, all you need is some inbound DIDs from a voip service provider ( i use ipcomms.net or teleasip.com), asterisk2billing billing software (you can find them at asterisk2billing.org) and an asterisk server. I am sure i am over simplifying this a bit, but I've heard of many people runing prepaid on their asterisk server.
