Unknown RTP codec 72 received

I am using Xten with asterisk. Most of the times i am getting the following lines in my asterisk log and the call quality is very poor. Sometimes one way audio. Chandave mentioned this sometime ago and I am not sure how to fix this. I would appreciate if some one can help me fix this issue.
