Default Trixbox and SPA400 dial plan

I am having problems with SPA400 for outgoing calls. After many tries i found out that i need to add 1 between 9 and number i wish to dial (example: when i call 211005 i need to dial on the phone 91211005). were 9 is for outgoing call. So I made a trunk dial plan as 1+. . It worked fine until the reboot of everything. Now I cant make any outgoing calls. Incoming are fine.
Can eyone help please.
