trixbox linksys3102

I try to configure my trixbox with linksys 3102
I connect the home phone line into the pstn line and try to dial home number with my cell phone what i am getting is after one ring "the number you dial not in service" . Trixbox and 3102 are in the same network and Line 1 get registered as well I am not sure what was the fault

Have a look at Trixbox without Tears, that is where I got the info to setup a simple trixbox + SPA3102 + out side line configuration.
