Default Trixbox IAX2 accounts quit when I add IAX2 trunk

The last two times I added IAX2 trunks to Trixbox all IAX2 accounts crashed. They were simple trunks with only user info; no registration or peer settings as they were outbound only. I delete them and IAX2 returns. I reinstalled one and it now works fine. I do have a bunch of trunks (27). Any ideas?

I noticed the same thing today... after adding a couple IAX2 inbounds, I noticed my IAX2 outbound wasn't working.

Let me correct that, they were inbound only trunks. I loose all IAX2 connectivity when this glitch shows up; same for SIP.
