Default Transfer from Outside Line Help

Ok, I have Trixbox setup and working for the most part, but one of the problems I am having is this.

My cell phone is setup as an extension (250) and fully working. From any of my other extensions I can dial 250 and it will call my cell phone. I can even use Assisted or blind transfer to transfer the call from my cell phone to any other extension. I have switched the commands for the two, which doesnt seem to matter, but I can go ##201 and it works as its suppose to. The only flaw is I have to type it in real fast on my cell phone to make it work, but it does work.

Now if a call comes in from the outside world, and I answer on my cell phone (because its in the master ring group). Then no matter how fast I type in the ##201 the call will not transfer. It also doesnt matter if I use ##201 or *2201, both of them will give me the transfer notification, but *2 (Blind Transfer) will give me an invalid extension. ## will just take me back to the phone call.

I have added these two lines to feature.conf
transferdigittimeout => 5 ; Number of seconds to wait between digits when transfering a call
featuredigittimeout = 2000 ; Max time (ms) between digits for

But they did nto seem to adjust anything. I am running Asterisk 1.2.18 / freePBX 2.2.1 if that helps.

Any ideas or suggestions to try, I really need this feature to fully work. :-)
