 Tone sometimes recorded over voicemail message Hi, A few of our users are reporting that sometimes, a tone (almost like Milliwatt()) is being recorded over their voicemail messages. Has anyone ever experienced this? This is asterisk 1.4.18. I've also placed a recording of a message with this problem online: http://www.ugcs.caltech.edu/~jlamanna/msg0000.mp3 Thank you for any help. -- James      |

| Re: Tone sometimes recorded over voicemail message Looking at the recorded audio under a frequency analyzer, I have tones at 1khz frequency intervals (1Khz, 2 Khz, 3Khz). seems like asterisk (or the PRI card) is injecting this noise while recording the Voicemail. I've never heard this noise on a live call, but it is very intermittent, so I can't be sure. |
