Telasip Outbound Caller ID

My caller ID is showing up as unkown or out of area. The caller party does receive my telasip number but not my name. I'm running AAH is there somewhere I can datafill my Caller name info in AAH?

The namelookup feature is for the party you are calling's telco provider to lookup and give to them. No matter what you send out, they (the southwest bell, verizon, SBC, telesip, etc.) usually lookup the number in the caller ID and insert the name. You can however change your outgoing name/number in AAH in each extension "name"<number> or in each trunk (I leave my trunk blank, so I can control it via each extension.
