Angry Stanaphone goes driect to email

Stanaphone registers up fine with *.
When I test call from 4 different sources all go to Stanaphone's email and says that user is NOT online.

BUT I am! And * says I am registered.

Here is sip.conf

The commented things, I tried but still did not work. Maybe I missed a combination that does work. Tell me.
