Spantalk setup - help please

I've search these and every other forums and I can think of to no avail. I'm looking for a working configuration for Spantalk with Asterisk at Home. My current config has the "Auth Sent" message when I check the registration status.

No luck on Spantalks site - their FAQ under Asterisk setup just says "soon". I've e-mailed them but to no avail so far.

Any help appreciated.
