Default SPA932, Asterisk 1.4, BLF Problem

Hello Forum,
I am trying to make SPA 932 sidecar work with Asterisk. Here are my deployment details:
====================
Asterisk version: 1.4.21 (latest release)
====================
sip.conf:
bindport=6060
notifyringing=yes
notifyhold=no
limitonpeers=yes
subscribecontext=ext-local
allowsubscribe=yes
sip_additional.conf:
** every entry has call-limit set to 32
extensions_additional.conf:
** made from freepbx, ext-local has all HINT entries for all users.
=============================
Linksys 962:
=============================
Firmware version: 5.1.18e
SPA 932 sidecar settings:
Subscribe expiry : 120, subscribe retry interval: 20, Unit 1 enable : Yes, Subscribe Delay: 1, SErver type: Asterisk
Test Mode Enable : No
Unit 1 Key 1 : fnc=blf+sd;sub=10112@192.168.4.11:6060;nme=10112
Unit 2 Key 2 : --- same for other extensions ----
Unit 3 Key 3 : same for other extension... all 32 keys programmed.
-----------------------------------
The problem is, that all keys are orange, and flashing. The 932 status page reports subscribed = Yes.
Asterisk command "sip show subscriptions" shows all 32 subscriptions as active.
show hints also confirms the watcher number.
When calling, the show hints correclty updates to InUse, and the last state of Sip Show Subscriptions also shows InUse.
In summary, most of the theoretical things are working. I have searched forums and tried different things like adding a "ext=" setting to the Key String, etc. But no avail.
Anybody knows any solution ? Is the version a culprit... an important thing to mention,,, this worked like a charm in Asterisk 1.2 and Firmward 5.1.15 !!!
As I have spent a lot of days trying to find out, I am hoping I can find some help here.

HGS
