SPA3102 setup guide

After using Voxilla's SPA3102 Configuration tool I've decide to create a guide on how to do it manually. It may look a bit lengthy but it is fairly simple when you get done with it

It is located here Vegas baby, Vegas ...: Linksys SPA3102 setup with Trixbox

This guide might also work for other SPA units like SPA-2002 or SPA-3000
