Unhappy sometimes the grandstream not ringing

hi guys, i have the follow problem:

i have a ATA grandstream 488 connect to asterisk, in sometimes the ATA not ringing and i need restart it. I saw the signalling on CLI and i could see:

The last line show called 500 but i can´t see ringing.
