Sipgate problem

hi, using sipgate and i can't hear any audio on the outbounds. sipgate is working normally inbound.
looking at the fop, it shows sipgate connecting and staying connected until i hang up. however, there is no sound. all other trunks are fine.
anybody got a clue whats going on here?

hard to say without more info,... did it ever work correctly? what codecs are you allowing or using wih sipgate? can you post the inbound and outbound configuration.
