Running FOP and Asterisk Stat on Asterisk Box?

Should i run these on the asterisk box with apache installed or on a seperate server?

How will running these on the asterisk box affect performance?

Running on a p4 1.8ghz 512mb. 15 phones, 8 analog lines 1 voip line.
