Run platform in asterix from remote server?

Am I able to set up a calling card platform with asterix on a remote hired server with asterisk? lets say yahoo or any other service provider ?

can any one tell me if this is possible at all?

It is possible, but some people may be reluctant to help until you find a service provider who permits reselling of their service in this manner. BV does not.
