restore-aah versio 2.0 BETA 4

Hello,

I install AAH 2.0 B4 in a new box and see in the help-aah the command restore-aah. (finaly we have a way to backup and restore configurations)
I have a backup file from another box AAH 2.0 B3 and i want to use it in the new box.

I don´t know nothing about linux. ops:
I burn the asteriskathome_backup.tar.gz file in a CD, i don´t know how to go to the cdromm d/: and ejecute the comand.
Sory for this stupid question. ops:
Plese some one can tell me the excact way to do this ?
