Remote Extension losing registration

I have a rmeote extension using a spa3102. Since this dvice does the PPPOE, ther eis NO NAT.
My Line 1 does have NAT enabled and sends keep live packets.
The problem is after an hour or even less it loses the registration.
The deivce register expires I have set to 475.

The * box is a trixbox (Asterisk 1.2.x)
On * side I have put nat=yes with externhost and externrefresh. ALso qualifyI have set to 2000. THe * box is also behind a NAT but I have port forwarded to the * box.

the issue us going to be with the * being behind a nat try lowering your reg time on your spa i've run into the same issue i've had to go as low as 30 seconds before just play with that setting and see if it stays registered.
