Default Redirect phonecall l to multiple phones

Hello

I want to register 1<phones because of the mobility of a user...Lets say a user have a voip phone on the office and a voip phone at home (his/her) home office and a mobile phone.

If s/he is in duty and it calls I want it to ring on both of the voip phones(V1 and V2) if s/he isnt already busy speaking in the phone then it should be declared that s/he is busy
Is there a way to achieve this?

Is that possible?

In your extensions.conf instead of using:

Dial(SIP/701)

Do:
Dial (SIP/701&SIP/702&IAX/VoipJet/13125551212)

That would call two SIP phones and a phone number all at the same time.

Hello

Thank you very much! Will it ring on every phone even if the person is speaking in one of them?

It will ring all of the phones that are available at the moment. For extensions or agents on the Asterisk itself, the Asterisk will only ring phones that are currently logged on and idle, ignoring those that are not currently available. For external dial-outs it will place the call and it is up to the receiving party to handle it with Call Waiting, Voice Mail, etc.

For this reason, if the outside party has its own Voice Mail (like your cell phone) you might prefer to ring the internal extensions a few times first, then add the outside party, but set that timer to quit (thus, diverting to Asterisk Voice Mail) just before the cell phone's voice mail picks up the call.
