PSTN not Registering

[SCOTTW25]

Am using the SPA3K (firmware upgraded to 3.1.10(GWd)).
Using generic dialplan created by wizard:
([2-79]11<:@gw0>|xx.|*xx.|**xx.|<#,:>xx.<:@gw0>|<#,:>*xx< :@gw0>)

I used the wizard here at Voxilla and Line 1 is registered but the PSTN is not.

Things I can do:

1) I can press # to call out on PSTN
2) Receive calls from softphone to wireless extension connected to SPA3K.
3) * is receiving and processing calls, just as it should and can receive PSTN calls at any extension (haven't tried SIP calls yet)

Things I can't do:

1) Can't pick up wireless phone (line 1) and access *
2) When I dial a 1-800 #, the call goes absolutely no where.
3) Long-distance calls (other than 800, 866, etc) get fast-busy signal.

Is this ATA connected to an asterisk box? if so are you using AAH? if not do you have a ITSP provider? You mention a softphone, again is this softphone connected to asterisk or how does the softphone reach the SPA3K extension?
