Problems Navigating Interactive Voice Response when i call from my Asterisk PBX

I am having problems navigating IRV for example when i call dell or any other company with IRV, it doesn't recognise the key that i punch in.

« asterisk not recognisin disa password i keep getting login incorrect | Got SIP response 603 "Declined (no dialog)" what is this? »
