 Problems with digital receptionist
Hi I have set up the digital receptionist on AAH. The DR answers and give the choices. If I select one of the choices I am put through to the relevent queue/extension. If I press # and enter the first three letters ofthe surname the system reads the name back and puts me through to the correct extension. If i out in letters of some one who is not on the system it plays the choice again asking for the first three letters ofthe surname and then hangs up. |
