Default *problem solved* Problem with voicemail calling externally, works internally

In my trixbox i have a voicemail problem.

I have a ring group with 5 phons, each with a voicemail.
The destination when no answer is set to core: voicemail box 500

If i call phone 500 from my phone 505 and let it ring for 20 sec i hear the greeting i made in the voicemail, and it jumps to the voicemail as it should.

If i call from my cell f.e. and wait 20 seconds it jumps to the voicemail, but it skips the unavailable message and goes straight to "Please leave a message after the tone".

The calls goes through a SPA-3102.
Could this be a codec problem??

Problem solved:

The following is an extract from the Trixbox Dumb-me guide:

3.3 General Settings

The first thing I do is select General Setting and set it up as illustrated below.

It is self-explanatory so I will not try to explain, as it is quite minimal and nothing substantial that warrants explanation.

Notice that the extra information that will define the way Asterisk behave, are also required in freePBX. Set the fields to the following (these are vital settings):

Voicemail:
Change the Direct Dial to Voicemail message type to something other than default - this will save you a lot of head scratching later on when you start using follow me etc. as your customs recorded message will not be played, instead the default Asterisk message will be played back if you don’t change the setting.

Plus, My message waiting indicator (The red one on my cisco phones 7940) doesnt work. But it worked before.
All i did was moving my TB from one location to another?!

Solved by changing mailbox from 400@device to 400@default
