h.323 and asterisk one way audio

Default h.323 and asterisk one way audio
Hello all,
I have one way audio problem with my h.323 channel on asterisk. Here is the version details:
Asterisk: Asterisk 1.2.7.1
H.323 : Default one comes with this asterisk version
PWlib: 1.9.0

The person makes the call via h.323 can hear the other end but the other end is not hearing the origination. Please help me troubleshoot this problem. I am running fedora core3 on pentium processor.
