Default Execute dialplan while call is bridged. Take-back-and-transfer w/o an IP or FXO

I use an analog phone (NOT connected to Asterisk via FXS etc, just bridged to Asterisk via POTS) and want to be able to do the following;

1) Put party A on hold via a digit or series of digits pressed on the my (analog) phone.

2) While they are on hold, I want to dial and connect to an extension (Party 2) on * . I then want to toggle between them.

3) Finally, I want to bridge party A and B

Any input would be greatly appreciated. I was not successful via featuremap. For number 3 above, there is a new feature in 1.6 called "bridge"
