| I am using Asterisk @ Home 2.8 and wondering if anyone knows of a way to create a Digital Receptionist WITH an extension number? I want to create an IVR (Digitial Receptionist) menu but want internal users to be able to dial an extension number and reach this Digital Receptionist. Perhaps some sort of "virtual" extension? Also, how do you set up a "virtual" extension? i.e. I want to create an extension that I can include in an IVR (i.e. option 3) that when the caller selects this option, it will forward to my cell. phone. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. David |
