Default Cisco 7960 downloads firmware, recognized by FreePBX, makes/receives nothing

Hello,

Asterisk NOOB asking for assistance. I have installed Asterisk (PIAF) in its VMware version. Everything looked fine in the install. I have two IP phones: Polycom 501 and Cisco 7960. Polycom working fine. Cisco converted fine to SIP, downloads files fine from the TFTP server, but does not make or receive calls, nor sounds. If I make ethereal listen to port 69, it does not detect any activity when I hang up or dial from the cisco. From the polycom it works fine. I have reviewed several times the phone config file and extension file, and they look fine.

Any idea? Could it be a router / firewall issue? I have trouble connecting to the PIAF server from another computer in the network with Putty.
The router is a simple DI-624.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you,

Daniel

Solved by including NAT=No and Qualify =no in extension details
