Default Call Forwarding CID on Asterisk box

We have an external after hrs call center take our calls but I can't seems to get the caller ID from an extension to show up on their systems when the call is forwarded.

The "customers" CID shows up, not the CID from our phone... so the call center can't tell how they should answer the phone.

What is the best way to do this?
