| I have the following setup: PSTN X100P > ASTERISK > SPA-2000 > NTL VS2000 Dect Cordless. > GS BT102 When a call is received from VOIP or PSTN Asterisk receives the the full CLI number, when the call is routed to the GS BT102 the number is displayed properly. When the call is routed to the SPA-2000 we lose the last three digits. I've used the CDR logs and the sip debug on asterisk to verify that the number is received fully and sent to the SPA-2000. Can anybody tell me if there is a feature of bug or something that strips digits? an example is if the number "07863123456" is received the SPA displays "07863123". removing the last three digits. Any Help for this would be greatfully reveived, my wifes going nuts as she can't screen calls properly :-) |

| If you're not in North America or China, you need to change a setting on teh SPA-2000. In Admin Mode, make sure you're in the advanced screens and pick Regional. At the bottom is "Caller ID Method" and make sure to pick the correct region. See if that fixes the problem. |
