Default Asterisk Service Provider...

As a Broadvoice user, I'd like to be able to have multiple devices registered simultaneously. From reading this forum, it seems that the best way to do this is with Asterisk. As I don't have any desire to setup and/or administer my own server, I was wanting to use some sort of service provider.

Is there such a thing?
