Asterisk & mp-108 fxo

I have a system running with a MP-108 FXO gateway and Asterisk PBX. I can make and receive calls not a problem. I recently setup DISA on Asterisk, but when I call in and get a dial tone I enter the phone number to dial to then the MP do not send the first 2 digits for some reason.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

I found this parameter Max Digits in Phone Num that is set to 3 on the MP-108. Anyway know if that could be causing the issue? I did trace the and I don't see those digits coming in either on the PBX or from the gateway.

DISA works correctly when I call the PBX from a SIP phone registered in Asterisk and make an outcall using DISA.
