Default Asterisk@Home - Incoming Calls

How can I get incoming calls to work on AAH?
When I use the AMP module on AAH the only way I can get an incoming call si by setting the telephone number in DID routes and then forward this to a extension or queue or digital receptionist.
If i try to use the incoming calls method I just get a busy tone.

I have a TE110P Pri rate card.

Many thanks

Derek
