| I have a Grandstream GPX-2000 on a network with 35 extensions. We set 'night switching' on the secretary's GPX after hours by dialling an extension which sets a variable in Asterisk which is then written to a data base. If set 'ON', calls to the secretary's phone are diverted to an IVR (voice menu). It was easy to set up an extension to check whether night-switching is 'on', but we would really like a visual representation. Is there any way - some devious work-around, perhaps - by which I can toggle one of the lamps on the GPX? The unit has 7 "Multi-purpose keys", plus another 56 on the extension console, which can be set to "Speed Dial", "Asterisk BLF", "Eventlist BLF" or "Presence Watcher". I have them working nicely with "Asterisk BLF", monitoring the status of extensions, but don't know whether they can be toggled in some way. Any ideas? - Martin [I just realised there's a Grandstrean Forum ... this really belongs there. Sorry!] Last edited by The Black Friar : March 15th, 2007 at 01:00 PM. Reason: Wrong forum! |
