Default Asterisk dropping incoming call

Here is a strange one that I am hoping someone can help me with...

I have asterisk@home 2.7, worked ok for my initial set up, I use Voiptalk.org for outgoing IAX trunk, and works for the 0870 number that I initially had. no problems there. I also set up the account as a SIP trunk - all works...

However, getting a 0207 number, things are not so great, Asterisk hangs up the call after 1 ring with an internal error, now I have tried replacing the 0870 config with the 0207 to no avail, it still does not behave the same. I have an incoming route for the call, and it is using it. Can any one help? I have added the CLI output ...
